Hi all ,

This could be a long one , I’m
early 40s and been having gynae issues for a while maybe over a year (i am under the hospital but noting is moving fast )

I have my period and then on day day 14 (usually seems when I ovulate I bleed again )

This month it’s like a proper period , just lesser (usually it’s kinda pink ) sorry if this is tmi.

I have had smears , internals , colposcopy , internal with camera , due to have one in my uterus , and due to have a blood test that picks something up for ovarian cancer (just to check)

They found a cyst on my left ovary and a fibroid and the back of my uterus . This weekend I have had the worst back pain ever and bleeding again (at work Friday as well ) however back pain has had me laid up today.

I have started excircise 2 weeks again a yoga type which is making me ache . I’m just so worried and have been for a while that it is ovarian cancer and no one is picking it up , I do have health anxiety and anxiety in general , I just feel like I’m spiralling a little bit and don’t wanna talk to anyone in real like as I feel I look mad .

Does anyone have similar situations or can give me any feedback . If it was perimenopause I literally wouldn’t care however doctors hospital haven’t even really taken that into consideration .

thanks if you stayed this long

Sounds pretty typical for ovarian cysts and fibroids.

I have both ovarian cysts and uterine fibroids....your symptoms sound similar...but I'm not gyno so I can't say

Have they considered endometriosis and/or adenomyotisis?
