Tonsil stone Will not budge

Can anyone help .. I have a tonsil stone way up at the back . i can feel it and taste it but its so deep i cant see it .. its really lodged and feels huge , i must stink 😩.
Ive tried everything on the internet now you guys are my last hope before i embarrass myself at the doctors..
any ideas welcome.

No it still wont budge

I found vomiting from a stomach bug dislodged mine. I have another one and I asked the dentist if they could see it but they couldn't. I know it's there though 😖
