Had a deep filling just over a week ago. No signs of infection or reaching nerve from X-ray check up. Hurts most the time (dull ache varying from mild to so intense can still feel through ibuprofen and paracetamol together) bit sometimes fine. Better overnight though which doesn’t seem to scam with needing root canal? Anyone had same and how did it end please? Thanks
