I'm 15w pregnant and came home from holidays yesterday and developed diarrhea and cramps last night. Continued mild diarrhea and some vomiting today and was treating it as a mild bug hopefully 24-48h but have just noticed blood in the last stool. Feeling anxious and I will ring GP in morning.
Can "normal" gastro cause blood in stools? Or is this a sign of more serious infection like listeria
