Have you tried NMN as a supplement?

Not come across it before, but seeing ads for it in my FB feed and there seem to be a lot if people commenting positively on the ads. I've looked up some trust pilot reviews of the various companies that sell it and they are pretty much positive too. It sounds too good to be true though, so hoping to get some real life opinions!

It did nothing for me. I bought from a company that has U.K. 3rd party testing, so it is guaranteed to contain exactly what it’s selling, rather than a scam brand that contains nothing, yet I still felt no effects. I had high hopes as everyone is raving about it online, I just found it a waste of money and didn’t opt to buy after two months of taking it.

I started taking a high strength Ubiquinol (more effective than co enzyme q10 for reasons I forget atm) and it has given me a little more energy so I have been continuing with that for the last 5/6 months.

I take NMN and so does my husband. We definitely feel it helps with energy levels. And weirdly, my prescription for my contact lenses has changed, as my short sightedness has improved.

A noticeable change for us both has been to grey hair. My husband doesn’t have grey hair apart from in his stubbly beard. This time last year, it was quite noticeably white around his chin, now it has reverted to almost completely black. I have loads of grey hair and I’ve been amazed to see much more dark regrowth among the greys.

I take it at the moment. I’m going to finish the bottle but won’t be buying more, no discernible difference at all.
