Irregular heart rhythm- fibricheck app

As the title says, the fibricheck app picked up an 'irregular rhythm ' yesterday. I've had the app for a couple of years now, mainly due to my HA, but yesterday after walking up a lot of stairs I felt a jumping/fluttering heart beat so I checked on the app, this has sent me into a panic and I wasn't able to sleep last night. I've only ever had normal rhythm with the odd extrasystole. I'm 43, suspect peri, no health issues. Had recent full blood panel including thyroid, iron, ferritin etc, all normal.

Has anyone had this where it hasn't turned out to be anything serious? I've requested a doctor review via the app so waiting for it to come through. I will also contact my GP for an appointment to discuss further. But in the meantime I'm panicking, I've never had heard issues. I had no other symtoms when it occurred. Could it just be ectopic?

I have it occasionally when my heart jumps about a lot. Sometimes it lasts days you are lucky you have the app mine just shows up on my blood pressure monitor so have no reading to show the dr.
Last time it lasted 6 days for 24 hours made an appointment but couldn't get one for 2 weeks later so it has stopped by then and they can't give you a ecg monitor if you don't know when it is going to happen. They said get a watch so they can send results to cardiology but I can't afford one.
Did it only happen once for a short time I would say that is quite normal but you could get it checked. It can happen and they can just be normal ectopic beats.

@Iloveeverycat thanks for responding. I've had heart palpitations before, i.e., thumping beats, but this felt scary as the rhythm wasn't regular. I've read this isn't uncommon during peri but I would still like to get checked out and waiting for an appointment, but still helpful to hear of other peoples experiences

Just to update, the fibricheck results was reviewed by a clinician which said it was ectopic beats and no immediate action required. I will let my GP know but relieved it wasn't worse that that.
Has anyone experienced an increase in these since early 40s?
