Small lumps on front of neck

I have two very small lumps on the front of my neck. They seem to have appeared over the last month or so. I think I can move them about so I don’t think they are stuck to my throat. Does anyone know what they could be? I’ve spoke to my surgery and sent a photo in to the gp but it’s hard to see from the pictures

Make a face to face appointment if gp cannot give any info from photo

I’ve sent in pictures and I was sent a link to book a face to face appointment. The earliest option was in 2 weeks. Do you think that means it’s not a concern based on the info and pictures I’ve sent?
