Worried about my auntie

My auntie is late 60s. For about 6 months she’s been suffering with loss of appetite and nausea, but it’s got gradually worse, to the point she can’t eat hardly anything some days without throwing it back up. Originally she thought it was due to have had COVID just before it started.
she’d been back and forth to the GP with not much help. Her most recent bloods showed she had very high calcium levels, and being given fluids didn’t reduce them. She had a CT scan which showed something wrong with her liver but they’re not sure what. She’s lost a lot of weight. Until she has more tests we’re just kind of in limbo.
anyone have any idea what at all this could be?

The symptoms couod all be due to the high calcium levels. In an ideal world she'd be in hospital getting treated properly. There are many causes of high calcium. Some more serious than others. I'd be pushing to get her admitted with those symptoms.

Id be worried about cancer. I would push them to admit her till they find the cause.

My auntie sadly had the same symptoms along with high calcium. It was a very aggressive stomach cancer, which sadly killed her. Please push for a referral
