Raynauds AND Athlete's Foot 😬

I can't be the only person who suffers this?!

Winter drives me mad as the tops of my toes and feet go blue but if I put thick socks on, especially in bed, my feet explode with itching.

I'm constantly treating my athlete's foot, but I'm very active (cycling, horses, am a keep fit instructor) so it's a losing battle!

If you suffer these two conditions, what's helped?!!!

I have Raynauds but not athlete's foot. But in case you think I'm being all superior and fungus-free, I DO have 2x fungal toenails. So there's lovely!

My Raynauds was so so bad last year and I tried medication. Amlodipine was not for me, but the nifedipine helped a lot. Maybe talkmtomyour gp if youre suffering.

Otherwise, what have you tried! Anympf the creams with menthol or wintergreen, to sort of help circulation but in a cooling way?

You've probably done this, but have you treated all your footwear as well?

Ah interesting - I was on amlopodine last year for blood pressure and it didn't help so wjll chat to GP. Thank you!

The best I can seem to do is heat pads on the tops of my feet and leave the bottom bare!

Yes shoes get done regularly but it seems a losing battle!
