Had eye infection last week in both eyes, mouth ulcers and a sore throat this week. Do you think I am run-down or could be indicative of something else?????

Zinc, Vits AD, C and E all useful so maybe look at a tonic or multimvits

i was sure it was ears nose and throat that are joined by small tubes
