I wanted to start a thread for anyone needing a listening ear for their PMS symptoms. Mine got particularly bad in the last 2-3 years, especially in mental health zone. I get extremely anxious, feel like there is nothing nice for me to look forward to and regret everything, even my most prized choices in life. Then I get my period and they all disappear. The final 5-6 days leading up to my period are hell, and I'm seriously considering getting some serious help with it. I guess being in peri, losing DF and being a toddler parent doesn't help. I love DH and think he is wonderful but I feel as though men don't and can't ever understand, which makes me feel lonely. What helps is taking it easy on those days (as much as possible), exercise and eating well (at least trying to).
