My daughter (2) has got HFM which she has had before quite mild as a baby but it’s come full force at her this time and is covered head to toe in rash and spots, we’ve seen the doctor and confirmed it’s HFM and doing the best we can to keep her comfortable but anytime she goes to sleep or relax she’s getting almost muscle spasms in her legs and they twitch constantly stopping her from falling asleep! The Doctor said it’s a normal reaction to any kind of skin condition as it affects the nerves but I can’t find anything online or any advice on how to help her!
