Lipoma? Worth a trip to GP?

I've had left side lower back pain for about a week now. Yesterday I was rubbing the sore spot and felt a lump. It's hard, slightly movable, deep rather than under the skin, doesn't hurt to press. I think I also have a similar one near my tail bone that I can only feel when I sit in certain positions.

I've lost a lot of weight over the past few months so it could have been there for ages but only noticeable now.

Weird symptoms I've been having for over a year include burning pain (nerve related?) on the right side of my back and my left leg occasionally gives out from under me or my left foot drags randomly. I thought these were related to a migraine issue I've been having for the last 2.5 years and GP didn't care about them when I mentioned them before. But could they be related to my odd little back lump?

Of course I've googled and a fatty lump/lipoma/"back mouse" is the most obvious option. Seems unlikely I'll get any treatment on the NHS for it, even if it is causing me pain, so would rather avoid a trip to the GP if I can.

I do have healthy anxiety too so I just don't know if I should be concerned or if I'm just being dramatic about a lump.

Please see your GP. It seems to be interfering with the nerves in your back.
