My dd has been having very bright yellow poos recently, she is getting better at eating solids and teething so not sure if either of those could be the cause..
Also she had some blood come out of her bum, not alot but I'm not sure if its just because her poo is getting harder than usual.
And she has been pooing more often than usual..
Anyone got any ideas on what I have said above?
