What is this on my scalp?

I’ve been aware of it for at least 6 years but didn’t look like anything to worry about, but I’m gripped with health anxiety right now so doubting myself. I’ve a drs appointment this week but in the mean time I wondered if anyone has anything similar or if they think it looks like anything to worry about.

Thanks @unsync . I thought about that but all the photos look like they are raised under the skin and not really like mine but I might be wrong. This feels like it’s stuck on the skin.

Seborrheic keratosis maybe? They can look like pinky-yellow wax dripped onto your skin.

@AudiobookListener - I’ve just seen the Gp and he said he is happy it’s benign (looked with a dermascope). He believes it’s a keratosis so you were right - thank you 😊
