Over the past month or so I’ve suddenly broken out in the most horrific spots across my upper back, shoulders, and neck. All over my shoulders are absolutely covered in either whiteheads or those deep under the skin spots that are really painful. My neck is covered in white heads too and they are absolutely awful, I feel disgusting.
I haven’t changed anything in terms of products I use, diet, hormones or anything like that… I googled it and saw that salicylic acid body washes are supposed to help so I have started using one of those for the past couple of weeks but don’t feel it’s made a difference.
I can cover the ones on my back and shoulders but the ones on my neck are really bothering me especially as I have a bob and my hair can’t really cover them.
Does anyone have any ideas how I can get rid of them or what could be causing them? Is it worth a trip to the GP?
