I’ve had 3 normal deliveries and a section 11 weeks ago so before I run to the gp thought I’d ask here if anyone else has had this and it’s common. I’m guessing it has something to do with scar tissue and it still being relatively early on since the section but when I have intercourse it feels like a stabbing pain in my lower stomach and sex is generally uncomfortable as it also feels like I have a complete full bladder and it’s being prodded, it’s like a burning sensation. Sorry for tmi but I wanted to explain as best as I can but when we are dtd if the full length doesn’t go in then it’s fine but it’s when it does that’s the problem, it feels like a knife to my cervix and then the pain goes into my stomach it is literally unbearable and then days after I have a tender stomach. Is this a case of giving things more time to settle and adjust or could there be a problem? I did haemorrhage badly after the section and had a balloon put in as a side note. Thankyou
