Looked on archives here and there is one thread on this subject which was a useful one, but I just wondered if anyone has this and really feels they know exactly what to eat to best control the shakes etc from sudden drop in blood sugar?

Recipes/ideas much appreciated. i have been really bad at dealing with my symptoms, the morning rush means I have often not had breakfast and to my shame I've only just got organised to take lunch to work with me instead of buying a sandwich from a shop! So now my systems are 'in place', would love some guaranteed good stuff to eat which will help stop the shakes and stop that bizarre shaking with hunger feeling that I can get in the afternoon even if I actually HAVE had breakfast and lunch!

i definitely have this but am not diabetic, been blood tested for that very recently.

TIA
