Tingley almost numb fingers

This is not go been tingley and numb feeling for about 4 days now any ideas on what thei could be?

( My income relies on working hands!!!)

Carpal tunnel syndrome, I would guess.

okay .. thats kind of what I was thinking... now is there anyway of getting rid of it without an op?? ( I cannot afford to take any time off working at the moment)

I've got a splint on my left wrist atm. Massage also seems to help, as does warmth - hot water bottle, heating pad, etc. Anti-inflammatory meds... can you see your gp?

I think I will have to.. it's driving me nuts.. feels like I have a tuning fork in the ends of my fingers!

could be lots of things - carpal tunnel the most liekly I think, but go to GP
