Has anyone had private cancer screening?

I’m interested in getting private cancer screening done but there are so many on offer, it’s hard to see the wood for the trees.

Has anyone had any experience of this?

Yes, get a referral from someone trusted you know who works in the associated area of surgery etc.
ie Ask a fellow surgeon - "Who is the best".
