Experiences of using Sebco to treat scalp eczema

As above, does anyone have experience of using Sebco and what was the outcome? I'm reluctant to shell out nearly £30 (Amazon price) if it doesn't work but nothing else has helped.

I don't have eczema but do have scalp psoriasis.
I used sebco in combination with steroid lotion for a while and it was good in clearing the patches of psoriasis and actually allowing the steroids to penetrate the skin. But you can't use topical steroids indefinitely so im just using the sebco now. It does help a bit although it's a bit of a faff to apply and rinse off.
You can get it on prescription so you don't need to pay Amazon fees ☺️
