I'm not normally known for a large cleavage but I'm currently breastfeeding ds and have gone up a couple of cup sizes. I've been running for a couple of months but having trouble with a flapping and bouncing chest . OK, we're talking D cup so not massive but it feels huge to me!
I've got an Adidas sports bra and a cheapy one but is there anything else I can try (preferably not too expensive as this may prove to be another short lived fad . I try to feed ds before I go but it's not actual breast/tissue pain that's the problem, more the bouncing around.

I had this problem when bfing. Wasn't massive even then but more than I am now. I wore a sports bra with a cropped top type bra over the top (iykwim). It seemed to do the trick.

Recommend the berlei shock absorber. You can get it on this discounted website

Oh, that's a good idea. I'got a tight velour hoodie that I've been wearing because it holds everything down but it's too hot to wear it now. I'll have a look for one of them, thanks

Enell is the best no bounce bra I've ever tried but it isn't cheap (about 35 quid). You can get it from Less bounce if that's not too pricey

I wore my normal bra with my spors bra over the top when I started horse riding again. It was the only thing to keep the buggers down

I'm a personal trainer, pregnant with no 2 and specialise in fitness for pre and post natal, so I seem to see a whole load of huge knockers, in a non pervy way obv.

Agree that Enell is the business, lessbounce.co.uk is great as they're really good at exchanging stuff. Also try the Goddess Comfort sports bra is also brilliant and comes in sizes all the way down the alphabet. You can get it from figleaves.

Basically the more hideous the bra, the less your knockers will move.
