Calprufen/Ibuprofen dosages - have you noticed?

That they give completely different dosages for the same strength medicine? For 1yo Calprofen says 2.5ml 3 x day, Ibuprofen says 5ml 3 x day.

Yes they are. I even checked with a pharmacist, and she didn't know why they should be different.
