Pee smells like ammonia and wiping blood

Has anyone had a uti or kidney infection where you ended up wiping blood after peeing.. I finished my period 6 days ago so it’s not that. I noticed my pee was smelly and then I wiped blood. 40 year old female

UTI or kidney stone I’d think.

I had a UTI and some side pain, took urine sample to GP who found blood and sent me for an ultrasound where it was discovered I had a large gallstone.
