Should I be concerned about this lump behind my ear.

A week ago this lump appeared behind my ear, from time to time I get pimples behind my ear so initially wasn't concerned however now it's really big, hard, not moveable and extremely painful to the point that I cannot sleep on that side so I'm starting to worry that maybe it's something more.
Anyone ever have anything like this?

I get this or something similar sometimes - I think it’s like a swollen lymph node or a cyst. Mine always goes away on its own. However that’s just my experience.

My dad used to get them.all the time-cysts.

My son had a lump like this. it was a swollen gland due to him having a break in the skin on his head (small bald patch)

Yeah had them loads. Sulphate paste from the chemist is really good for them.
