It’s been a stressful few months, so many events and barely a moment to myself. The past week my bowel habits have changed, still only once a day and no diarrhoea or constipation but thinner?! And not like I’m fully going… on and off bloating and some gas and have had some nausea on and off, not every day. Some days feel fine then others feeling run down. There’s no blood or pain other than now and again an ache or discomfort like under my ribs, and gurgly loud tummy on and off, like my digestive system is working over time, I’ve just finished ovulating and periods due just over a week. Im very sensitive to hormones. My diet and exercise has been out the window which I know doesn’t help… and is probably the cause with stress… but my anxiety is sky high… 9 months ago I had blood tests and stool samples and all was fine, I’ve had my smear a few months ago all fine. Just looking for some reassurance or if anyone else has had something similar?
