Sports or Fashion?

Sorry to be vague, but it depends.

For sports, I like ASICS but I have narrow feet; I find Nike too wide.

If there is one close, go to a RunForIt or any sports department which can analyse your gait, and try on different brands, to find the make and style which fits you

If it’s more a Fashion trainer for wearing with dresses, look at Fitflop or New Balance. I have some Birkenstock trainers too which are very comfy.

Thanks. Really don’t mind what brand, they said i’ll need something comfortable but supportive, I tend to wear sandals/wedges and sliders this time of year. I only have cheap trainers atm Elle Sport so was looking at New Balance or Sketchers but don’t know what they are like (and I need to order on/line)

I broke my foot a few years ago and the hospital recommended something like this

the key was, according to them, to find something with a fairly inflexible base. These work because the base is so thick but also comfortable. My foot healed perfectly.
