dd has cough and runny nose temp settled 3 days ago and is due in nursery tomorrow last night at midnight she coughed a few times and then vomited up what looked like some of her 7pm bottle
my insane question is does this mean she cannot attend nursery tomorrow today she is crawling about in fairly good form took morning bottle well and some yogurt
