What's this rash by DS's mouth?

Three white blisters that look like zits, just in the corner of his mouth.

Happy to be told they are zits! Just seems unlikely in a 1 year old.

It could be the start of a cold sore. Take him to a pharmacy/doctor and ask if there is anything that you can put on it.

Yes, was thinking of going to the pharmacist.

Also wondered if it might be thrush?

It could be thrush, but that's flatter usually.

Could it be a rash from dribbling? I'd just get a pharmacist to have a quick look.

PuppyDogTails · 28/05/2008 12:37

Oh OK, I've never seen thrush, that's useful to know.

He does dribble a ridiculous amount, always has done and he does get a dribble rash when the weather's hot. It's not usually white though.

Will go to the pharmacist, see what they have to say.

Thanks for your thoughts
