I’ve woken up after a night of chills and sweats with what feels like it might be flu. Struggling to type this, every time I move my eyes to the side my brain feels like it’s shunting- not sure how to describe it. Joints ache, stomach hurts. My kids are both off school, one is 10 but the other is 2. The day ahead is filling me with dread. How do I feel more human more quickly? They are not the sort of kids that snuggle down to watch films all day. 😔
