dd had a couple of ages, now she has more coming at end of fingers at bottom of nails, she hates them, how can I get rid of them and are they harmful if left untreated?

Ask the doc for a prescription. DD had loads, the thing is I can't remember which worked wartner or the doc stuff, I think it was the prescription stuff from the doctor. Make sure she eats well too.

thanks Connie - have made appointment with dr on friday

so weird she has got them, her diet is AMAZING, she must eat at least 7-8 portions veg/fruit a day, loves all the good stuff etc etc.... typical!

Warts are caused by a virus. Diet has no effect. (But no harm in eating well!)

Treatment usually just keeps the size of them under control, rarely gets rid of them and can take many months. They usually go when the immune system "overpowers" the virus.
