‘Prominent’ lymph node on ultrasound - any experience please

Hi

My armpit has been swollen for about 6 months. I’ve just had an ultrasound - the sonographer agreed it was swollen but couldn’t find a cause. There was a ‘prominent but not enlarged’ axilla lymph node.
Will they investigate further do you think, or does prominent just mean it was easy to find? Should I push for further tests?
