Is there anything you take before or after eating that helps with excess stomach gas?
I seem to get gassy after every main meal.
I suspect I might have low level IBS.
Is there anything I can take that will help?
I know I could analyse my diet and try to cut things out but I suspect many veggies cause this, and I don't really want to start cutting out veggies cos I love them.

Probiotic, chew more?

Close your mouth when eating. Don't breathe in through your mouth when you put food in. That's the kind of thing it's easy to find yourself doing without realising.
