I should imagine he's pulled a muscle, stretched a ligament or something.

charliecat · 25/05/2008 16:49

whats dh going nuts over?
Is ds resting his foot?

yurt1 · 25/05/2008 16:49

why's your dh gone nuts? If you think its something worse than a strain/pulled muscle etc get it x-rayed.

How old is he and is he in pain or swollen ? If it is just sore and he is limping, apply ice, arnica, give nurofen and give it a couple of days to ease. dd sprained her ankle aged 4, she was in pain and swollen so we took her for an xray, but she was skiing on it a couple of days later. Accidents happen and unless someone was negligent or he snuck off to trampoline agianst your expressed wishes your dh can't really complain.

Monitor, sounds like sore muscle (more serious things tend to involve obvious swelling/great pain). Dont let him on trampolenes if you dont want risk of an accident in future?

no dh was at work, we were at a communion party.
ds s leg is not swollen but he does walk with a limp today. i never mentioned it to dh when he got home and ladidah....di dah..
he just has a fear of trampolines. and doesnt want the kids getting injured but it was a great party and they had great fun!
