Has anyone else had a sore throat after using these sprays. I have tried them both on several occasions and whilst they help my nose they leave me with a sore throat after a few days. It says in the info about this being a possibility but I wondered if this is something that passes with ongoing use or if it is something enough to stop me being able to use them. Right now the throat is worse than the allergies in my nose so I have stopped again.

When you spray them up your nose, do NOT breathe in at all. This sucks it back and makes it run over your throat. The best way to use the spray is to lie down with your head dangling over the edge of the bed, and spray, but not suck it up. Catch any drips in a tissue. HTH

Thank you - do you mean facing up to the ceiling presumably so gravity helps?
