I had my smear on monday. I had left it 10 years At least I have had it done now.

I had mine done in October. The pelvic floor has been neglected though but I'm trying after watching embarassing illnesses.

Have booked mine, don't leave it ladies, I put mine off and had to have the bad cells treatment - not much fun.

Had i left another few months it would have been a lot more serious.

just had a repeat smear due to abnormal results and i have mine regularly !!! smears are vital to pick up pre pre cancerous changes. there is long running thread in health about it...
