I think my 6 week old may have reflux. She seems to be in constant pain, vomiting, hiccuping etc.I have a doctor's appointment in a week, but should I stop eating dairy in the mean time? People seem to suggest this but would this only help if she has a dairy intolerance?

It can help but I think I remember it takes a while to leave your system so it may not be a cure all within a day or two. I found just cutting back on dairy helped. Have you tried giving infacol or other wind remedies? I think that helped sometimes too. In the end DD was just a windy baby and we rode it out, she got better at the 12 week point but not completely cured

reflux and dairy intolerance are often, but not always, linked

you can try to cut out dairy - i was advised to do this initially with my DS (he had silent reflux)
