First car crash a week ago yesterday. Someone went into me from the right and crumpled drivers side. Bumper hanging off. Felt fine at time other than neck slightly sore and was shaking with shock and upset. Woke up with neck still slightly sore but not too bad.

I'm really into the gym and keeping active so have done my steps this week and been back in work. Tried to go to the gym yesterday and did row machine (stupid idea) and woke up today really stiff. Someone in work said Im not myself and Im walking funny which has stressed me out.

What is best to do? Is me resting going to make any difference now? Im worried ive permanently hurt myself.

Basically you need to chill out. You've been active like normal after a car crash, and now you've done an exercise that with poor technique will cause neck pain. You already have a bit from the car crash, so it's worse. Just rest and you'll be fine in a week.

I wasn’t freaked out until somebody said I was walking funny
