Can I take period delay tabs with perimenopausal bleedin

Going on holiday in a couple of weeks and am in the middle of another relentless "period" - not heavy bleeding just several weeks of spotting and the odd clot. I would love to get it to bog off for the holiday but not sure if they even prescribe it for perimenopausal women with bleeding that isn't predictable and may not stop before I would want to take them. Has anyone been in similar position?

I don't know but I would invest in a mooncup,it's brilliant for this sort of situation.

Doctor phone call today and she was happy to prescribe them for me. She says it will stop the bleeding if I am already so it won't matter if I can't wait for a gap! Usual caveats about moving around on airplane to prevent DVT etc and I have to submit blood pressure reading or pop in as I'm on Losartan for BP.
