Where can I get hold of melatonin? (Uk)

As the title says really. Could anyone link where they purchase their melatonin from please? Been recommended by my counsellor, but she bought hers on holiday.

It’s really easy to buy from any number of online pharmacies based outside the UK. They will ship to the UK. It’s not a controlled drug IIRC.

Look at the reviews on trust pilot for piping rock, I wouldn’t trust them at all. Look for a reputable online pharmacy that has a registered pharmacy logo. You will be able to order melatonin online from them.

You don't need to buy it from a pharmacy, they're considered a supplement, like vitamin c in the states so you can purchase them in normal shops (and it would be the same brands if you bought them in Walmart or a grocery store vs a pharmacy)

I order from Piping Rock and have done for about three years for my autistic DC and have had zero issues and fully recommend them. It's infuriating that they're so difficult to get hold of here but freely available in the rest of the world like aspirin.

They can't ship and sell melatonin from the UK. Possibly elsewhere in the EU though.

Afaik it's dropshipped - so originated somewhere else but then distributed from the uk @BeAmberPeer

Didn’t work for me at all and felt hungover the next day.

I've used Piping Rock for years. No issues.

I’ve used Piping Rock since last year after seeing it recommended on here. I get the 5mg dissolvable tablets and they’re great - I’m asleep within 20 mins of taking one usually after a lifetime of insomnia!

Also had this issue and did a lot of research. I use Biovea now: quick, and relatively good value.
