Is this a coldsore on my toddler?

Hello,

Yesterday, when wiping my daughters face, I noticed some blood on her top lip. I put it down to me accidentally scratching her face while trying to clean it.

Today it looks like this. (Sorry for dried snot!!)

I'm sure it's just a cut but I do know my dad has had a coldsore come up on Saturday and he saw and kissed my daughter on the Thursday before. I get very very anxious as I have a 4 month old at home and my toddler has been playing with her this morning.

It's unlikely at it's not on her lip and primary ones do seen to start in lips or nose and then sometimes spread
A cold sore looks more like a blister or cluster of blisters at first before scabbing over

My toddler has come out in a near identical spot today, and I wondered the same.
