Knee pain 20 odd years, so bad in the last 4 weeks I've had a support on and go has prescribed naproxen 500mg twice a day. Waiting on physio. Ankle now swollen when I put weight on it for a week. Knee X-ray clear and gp not really helping. Can't wear shoes on the foot as so swollen, back to work Tuesday after being signed off for a week of rest. Tomorrow is my last day off, shall I just go straight to a&e or shall I go back to gp and beg for help. I'm fed up and in pain!
