Hiii,

What are the real signs of ovulation.

I have PCOS, I use to have 5-6 periods a year. Since October I've had a period every month (9 months) which is rare. But I'm grateful.

I know with pcos you can have regular periods and still not ovulate. So what are the real signs ovulation is actually happening? Is there anyway to know?

I was told by a doctor I'd never get pregnant or ovulate and my periods are regular or once and have been for the longest time ever, so I want to understand if im also ovulating for real or just bleeding only.

For me my symptoms were subtle like sore nipples and once I started TTC I noticed how my discharge changed in consistency.

why don’t you buy the dip ovulation tests and see if they give you an indication that you are ovulating. I used to use the dip ones till the line started getting darker and then I moved to the CB ones at that stage so I was sure I didn’t miss my window.
