I'm in my mid-twenties, really good health in general, no conditions besides migraine. I'm slightly underweight but have been my whole life.
I noticed this mark on my leg (inner calf) over a month ago that I assumed was a faint bruise at first, but it is painless and hasn't gone away. It is only a shade or two darker than my skin tone and turns red in the heat or when I exercise. Some times it is barely visible, but mostly it's there all the time. It didn't appear after an injury, no trauma to the area at all. No other marks like this on my body. It's definitely not a bruise. Since the mark appeared I have had normal bruises that have gone away; I don't bruise easily. The surrounding skin is normal and painless as I said.
It's obviously nothing drastic to look at (have attached a pic) but I'm intrigued. I'm also hyper-vigilant about my health (due to anxiety) so would like to know if anyone else has had this?
Nothing I can find online fits the description of what I have!
Could it be a form of hyperpigmentation?
Please don't say I've got a deathly disease lol
