I feel like my uterus is going to fall out!

I recently gave birth to my second child. Both my first and second were vaginal deliveries.

I am only a few weeks post partum so I understand it’s still early days but I feel like my uterus is going to fall out - I know it sounds abit dramatic. I do not remember feeling like this after my first though.

Anyone been here and found kegel exercises actually work or am I wasting my time?

Any advice or experiences with this I’d like to hear please!

Have you had a look to check for a prolapse ? Mine was only minor but I felt like this. I still have it 2 years later 😕

Maybe it’s just everything settling, but ask for a referral to check you don’t have a prolapse? Might be slightly quicker to see a private physio if you can afford it, google Mummy MOT and your area. They check pelvic floor among other things.
I did lots of “360 breathing” after my c section and I think that helped initially, then eventually worked up to other things. There’s a good channel
on YouTube i think it is called postpartum tv.
