Tummy bug - nausea worse in morning?

Anyone ever had a bug like this- feel nauseous for 3 days now, but mainly in the morning and then it generally clears up as day goes on but feel nauseous again the next morning? Had a few episodes of diarrhoea also but that seems to be subsiding now. No other symptoms. Strange bug perhaps?

Have you done a pregnancy test?

Sorry should have said, definitely not pregnant, have a 5 week old 😂

Apologies for asking for very personal details, but is the definitely not pregnant bit because you haven’t had sex since giving birth, or because you are breastfeeding?

Only asking as I know someone who go pregnant within about a month of giving birth and she was horrified: hadn’t used contraception as she thought breast feeding would prevent the pregnancy!

I was going to ask about pregnancy but if you can definitely rule that out then maybe it's to do with having an emptier stomach? I often feel nauseous when hungry/have empty stomach, regardless of anything else, so maybe that's contributing?

I had nausea like that when I had silent reflux, maybe try some Gaviscon advance and see if it helps?
