Help - Mole with dark spots - Image Included

Hi.

I’ve had this mole on my stomach for ever. Can’t remember not having it.
Ive just noticed today there are what looks like black spots on it. The shape doesn’t seem to changed but never had these spots before.
has anyone else had this? What was it? I’m panicking.
have a doctor app for next tue but going to be worrying.

Mine had what I suppose looked like black heads in a mole. The gp said it was suspected seborrheic keratosis which I didn’t think you could get on a mole. I thought it could only be on skin. It eventually went away but it took maybe 6-9 months. I would ask for a referral to dermatology to put your mind at rest. Xx
