Pain in shoulder & collar bone when breathing in

Hi,
I am a breastfeeding mum of 2 under 2 (31f, 5ft 5) and I have a pain in my left shoulder and collar bone. Worse when breathing in and is a burning pain. It radiates fro shoulder to collar bone and neck. Hurts less when I stay still. No breathing issues, feel fine otherwise.
I have severe anxiety so am telling myself that I'm having a heart attack but also logically, I probably have mothers shoulder. I think I'd know if I were having a heart attack.
Any advice?

would be a good idea to see your GP - they can check and make sure no concerning symptoms for other cause, and hopefully reassure you. Then perhaps physio would be useful.

Sounds muscular - I had similar symptoms on and off when breastfeeding (you end up in all positions don’t you - hunched over, stretched back etc etc) Hopefully it’s a bit better today but try some ibuprofen.
