I had a chest infection 6 weeks ago, I got rid of it with 2 lots of antibiotics.

3 weeks ago I started with sneezes and a really blocked nose and blocked ears. TMI green discharge from nose and I feel like I sound very nasal and stuff. I have to blow my nose a lot and the green stuff hasn’t eased up. My head feels stuffy. I don’t feel unwell in myself apart from this.

Any advice - if it a doctor trip as it’s gone on for so long- I don’t think it’s sinusitis but it just won’t go!

thanks you

Order yourself a nasal rinse - NeilMed so you can rinse with a saline solution.

Ask your doctor to prescribe Dymista. Take antihistamines daily.

Is it definitely not hay fever?

If it is green stuff, then you have an infection up there. I'd suggest you contact your GP or practice nurse for some antibiotics.

I’m not sure- I’ve never had it before. I just have a blocked stuffy nose and no itchy eyes or anything like that

Thank you- this is what I was trying to work out as it’s been going on so long but I don’t have the face pain with it

Will do- is a nasal rinse easy to do?
