ive had enough of being on the pill 14 years now apart from when i was pregnant.
so im stopping my pill today(cerazette) when should i expect my first period?
can anyone recommend strong condoms?
or maybe an alternitive to the pill?
any answers appreciated

Not sure how long your period will take to come.

We use condoms. We get Durex from Amazon of all places. They are so much better than I remember as a youngster. No bother to use at all.

If you want a long term solution, what about the coil?

I've always found a diaphram really good. It's a bit tricky to put in at first, but you get pretty quick at it.
